January Arts And Crafts
Is it normal to have some days in January when you feel useless?
I'm not really depressed but there's just some days, especially when the sun doesn't come out, when it's hard for me to concentrate on anything important and I might accomplish a couple of chores in the whole day. Things seem to go okay at work, but I have a lot of time off this month and I should be working hard at my art and crafts. It feels as if the days are way too short to get anything important done, even though they're actually getting longer. A bit. Does this mean I'm mental?
